Please help me translate the signature on the tang. Thank you Unfortunately, the sword needs restoration, but otherwise I think it is quite interesting. The hamon is visible on the blade, so I think it can be put in order.

Colleagues, please advise me on this sword. They are offering it for sale, but I know little. The seller only said that the blade was made by a good master, 19th century. 3. Shin gunto with mon. Blade Length: 24 - 11/16" Overall Length: 35". Tsuba with florals at corners and pierced through, fuchi with locking button and standard floral-over-roe pattern, which is repeated on kashira and sarute. Thanks for your time, knowledges and help!
