Edward Mahle

 My name is Edward born and raised in New England in the northern part of Maine so the middle of nowhere. I'm a action sports enthusiast motocross snowboarding skateboarding and MMA have been my version of sports. I'm a BMW tech for a living love BMW's to death ☠️ also work on diesels. Since I was 7 years old I've loved katanas got my first one for 25 bucks at a pawnshop and was hooked. I was watching the last samurai and I remember asking my father if my stainless steel Chinese sword was like the ones in the movie. My dad actually knowing the true craftsmanship of a real Nihonto gave it to me straight and broke my heart 😂. Collected a few decent full Tang Chinese swords after that but by the time I was 9 I decided it was a true Japanese made katana or nothing. Got my first Nihonto at 20 and it's been nothing but true love since. I'm a very spiritual person, my dad is a Mi'kmaq Indian which I'm very proud of so I've been raised to be connected to animals the earth and other people from a young age. My mother's side is from Germany so I have a love for that culture as well.  I think That's where my taste of quality craftsmanship originated from so that's me.
