My name is Manoo, i am very happy to join this nice community and will be very pleased if some of you or somebodys knowledge can help me sort this sword id bought in a privat auction from a seller living in the USA. I bought it as a Daisho with realy Junk Koshirae but also very nice 2 Tsuba.
the longsword isnt in good condition.
in a german community nobody can help me anymore. one told me it looks shishinto and a other public knowed guy told me it looks like a gendaito. he also translated the scratches/letters which are made later to the nakago. I bought this sword as Shinto Nihonto and the Wakizashi as a Koto. Mrs Kashima told me after looking photos, this sword looks like a sword made in sandwich construction but she didnt know what kind of. Lamination lines are marked in photos. this lines are also visible in Mune on both sides ura and omote until to kissaki.

Sori 1.6cm
motohaba 2.4cm
sakihaba 3.2cm
motokasane 0.7cm/7mm
sakikasane 0.4cm/4mm
Chu kissaki 4.2cm
Masame hada- Ko mokume Hada at shinogi and masame again in JI.
Gunome/looks like Sanbonsuki but round yakigashira, Hamon based on Nioi
Boshi is Ko or O maru in suguha style- i cant explain because there is some kaen in the hamon.
Hamon with activitys:
Ashi, Kinsuji, Inazuma and some very big Nie, abu no me!
Iori Mune
nakago have a good patina in slightly black grey i dont know how to say.
Yasurime is Taka no ha
