    Hi fellas, what do you think of this guy. Im trying my very limited and new found knowledge to seek out "genuine fakes" whereever they may be. 110199047976 tell me if Im wrong but the grain of the blade looks overdone and all wrong plus the kissaki is bad with no yokote. The seller has 2 other auctions and the hamon on both looks ground on you can even see the overrun of the "hamon" in one pic. I raise this example (if Im right because the pics the guy has posted are so good. They are really detailed.

    I have now dealt with showa22 and although I have not received the sword I am amazed at his honesty and trusworthness. I am sure I will not be disappointed where the blade arrives. I will post a pic or 2 when it gets here. Again thank you all for your help. Steve Phillips :D

    Can you blokes give me the "good oil" on this dude? showa22 a seller on ebay. Ive had a real good look at all the feedback and the items sold over the last 90 days and showa22 seams to be the real deal. Could I be mistaken. I dont have the knowledge or experience to judge the blades he sells but my gut feeling is that he is dinkum. Thank you all for your very informative posts. I have learnt much and been well entertained too.
