hey guys, i try to find out some more about the kumagai school of edo kinko especially yoshitsugu. i just have the information on him from haynes 12262.0 , and due to the lack of tosogu reference material ( there is only one or two sentences about kumagai in nihonto koza) i can get no further info ( there is nothing in google). so please if any of you can get me additional info on him and or the school would be greatly appreciated. thanks a lot, johannes

thank you both john and martin, im trying to do some research about mon , but its not so easy. especially for kiri mon i have heard there are up to a hundred different kiri mon in use in the feudal times all i know is 3-5-3 is toyotomi , 5-7-5 is the imperial line, an less pedals is lower ranked. may be one of you has a list with the different kiri mon. thanks Johannes

hello everybody, i have some problems in identifying the mei on this fuchi, due to the lack of tosogu-books in my bookshelf. maybe one of you guys who own the haynes or the kinko-meikan can help me with this hazzard. i think the right part of the mei reads "hashizume". but the left part is difficult without knowing the right metalworker. it is signed with a kao. any help is greatly apprecciated. thanks in advance, Johannes
