    There are 2 Showa smith name 兼定(Kanesada) ,One is Seki smith 岡田定男(Okada Sadao),one is 高橋兼定（Takahashi Kanesada）.Not sure whitch Kanesada here. Date:昭和十八年九月 （Showa 18 years 9 Month）1943,September.

    It only says"Not signed",and the certificate issued by Tokyo Board of Education on 2018.1.9, ony 12 days ago.

    This sword made by Showa Seki smith -Toshichika“ (敏周), civilian name Yamada Shuzo (山田週三), born May 28th 1895, he worked as gunto smith and died February 20th 1973 .
