There is always some copper handle NCO sword on the market(2 on eBay right now), just need to find a fair price one.

This NCO is good, but the tsuba looks polished, too shinny. Scabbard color is different than the others, not sure if it is original or the factory repaint. Some people might buy it for that price, it's clean and has a low number, but the price is not for most collectors. Due to a few nice NCOs sold for the high price recently, other sellers seem to want to get the premium price as well. There are two copper NCOs for sale on the bay for a while w, list for $5K , not been sold yet. But both are not as nice as this one.

Saw this unusual type 30 bayonet, it has both Mukden and Tayogawa arsenal marks.

Yes, looks like only 行久 on the tang.

Smith name 石原兼直 Ishihara Kanenao,WW2 関市 Seki sword smith ,make sword for Army,there is no date on this sword. During WWII, more than 200 swordsmiths worked only at Seki province to supply qualified swords for their soldiers. Their names began to appear in Seki Tanrensho Booklet printed in 1939. Several smiths in this list worked as Rikugun Jumei Tosho (e.g. Nakata Kanehide) and produced both good and poor blades together. I have a solid Tusba one. See the compared with the early one, later one has longer Tsuba . Also, the later 造兵刀 has 東 inspection mark instead of ホ,セ and Tokyo Cannonball mark, and is always one the 裏 side of tang along with the assemble number, the early 造兵刀 has arsenal mark in the 表 side of the tang.

It is a later 造兵刀 made by Tokyo Arsenal, the assemble number 七八（78） on the tang matches 鍔&切羽。 The extra hole on the tang and none army standard issue 兜金 indicates the handle was remount. Agree with what John says, don't buy it unless it's cheap.
