    Thank you. I was hoping to post it over here, but wanted to do it correctly. The mei on the sword is Gashu Ju Kanewaka (which is correct? Gashu or Kashu, please) so it is nice to know that this piece has some age. I neglected to add that neither this piece or the sword is, or will be, for sale. Your help is appreciated.

    A tsuba from my first sword - a real one, I hope - recently acquired a from an estate. Testing photo uploading and sizing, since I'm a new kid on the block and would rather not make a mess in a reviewed post, but comments are welcome, too.
