I bought these books purely on their quality, not knowing anything about the titles, they're that nice. As I'm sure you all know. Thanks to everyone again!!

The green book is paperbound and contains a bunch of full-size fold-out drawings of swords.

Thanks so much for the info so far! There is nothing better in the world than finding a forum of experts -- you all rock! These are worth $$ so I guess my wife will have to start learning to live with out them. I think I will put the Fujishiro Koto and Shinto over in the for sale section here and try and save some ebay fees.

I bought these Japanese sword reference books at an estate sale. Can anyone tell what the titles translate to? They look great in my living room but I would like to know more. Thank you so much for any assistance you can provide! Best regards, Joe
