Thank you Steve! The attribution is still a tough task though. Heinz Index has for masters with the name Katsusada, but none of them is Shorakusai or close by description. May be the seal could help? The second kanji looks like 景 Kage/Kei for me.

Finally got the piece. Well it is definitely shakudo, neither shibuichi nor casting. Just usual trick of shooting shakudo pieces. Personally I believe in it and probably need to give it for shinsa, never did it. Need i?
