Thanks very much! Is there any age to the sword?

I have had this sword for some time. I have never seen another with the stamp under the signature. There is also a unique stamp on the reverse side of the tang. I would love to know who made this sword.

I took about 30 pictures, and after looking through them, most are Very Blurry. Here is the only other one that came out ok, hope it helps.

I recently Purchased a Type 97 Sniper with 2 WW1 Artillery Short Swords and this Sword. Its in Army Mounts. The condition is Amazing. Its been sitting in an Attic for 40+ years untouched. I am curious as to who made this sword and during what Period. Any Help is Greatly Appreciated! Thanks In Advance! If the picture is not of good enough quality, I will try to take a couple more.
