    Dear Chris I am an absolute newby ... What does that mean - and an explanation of terms would be very appreciated if I'm not asking for much... I am privileged to be talking to people like you with appreciation for this form of art, history, craftsmanship tied together with the magic patina of Japanese old rigor and honor. I cannot wait to get my tanto and post ample pics of it for your consideration. Thank you
