Hello Everybody, My name is Andrew Mancabelli. I am the successor to my teacher, Intangible cultural property armor maker Miura Hiromichi's tradition. I have advanced degrees in archeology with various specialties including Japanese culture, history and cultural resource management. I am Spokesperson of Kokusai Nihon Katchu Bugu Shinko Kyokai (of Japan) and run a workshop where I restore and create Japanese armor traditionally.  I own an art gallery and cafe on the first floor of my building where we display, buy, and sell samurai art of the highest quality, and sell coffee of "pretty good" quality.
