  6. It seems to be a logo based on a kanji 越 (etsu). Mitsukoshi, Ltd. also uses a similar logo but different typeface.

  11. I think the date is 天明五年八月日 (August 1785).
  12. The text does not say the flight of a waterfowl but an immigrated waterfowl on the river or lake.
