I believe that the term 三省 comes form the Analects and it should read Sansei based on its meaning. (三省 also read Sansho, but it means other thing - Three major ministries in Chine.) As for the second one, the characters on the right are 奥仙田勝之庄. The last character is not 住. I am not sure about their reading, but could be "Okusenda Katsu-no-sho".

The first one: 文政十一年埋忠 – Bunsei 11th year (1828), Umetada 三省子就栄作之 – Sanseishi Narishige made this.

野村友喜 – Nomura Yuki (Uki, according to Wakayama)

There is a consideration on the motif by Ito Sanpei. Ref. 無銘金山鐔「山道文透かし」鐔 He suggests that the motif is 山道文 – Mountain road pattern

Maybe 徳治三年 - Tokuji 3rd year (A.D. 1308).

Could be 如水 - Josui ?

烈龍 (Retsuryu) – Violent dragon It may be the nickname of the sword.

According to the document, it became clear that the red characters are 長井 - Nagai.

一劔破千軍 – One sword defeats thousand armies 贈覺張君 – Present to Mr. Gakuhari (There are other readings.) 武井 - Takei 上原 – Uehara I am unsure about red characters.

The reading of the mei is wrong. After 備前國住長舩 (Bizen no kuni ju Osafune), the chiseled name is 源兵衛祐定 - Genbe'e Sukesada. And if the mei is genuin, chiseled name should be 源兵衛尉祐定 - Genbe'e no jo Sukesada.

青龍斎秀壽 - Seiryusai Hidetoshi

The date on the nakago is 大正乙丑二月九日 – Taisho Kinoto-Ushi (1925), 2nd month, 9th day. Okochi Tsunehira seems to have inscribed the date of his birth on his blade.
