    papered tsuba

Personally i have never worried to much about papers for tsuba. Swords would be different but with tsuba i think it is easier to judge the workmanship. Obviously not so easy if the work is hi quality and signed with a big name.

    papered tsuba

Hi guys. Firstly i would like to thank Wim V and particularly Steve M and Moriyama san for their tireless efforts in translating our posts. I have just had a translation by these guys in the translation page. This is the only tsuba i have with papers and wondered what percentage of your collections have papers. Regards
  13. Hoping some one would be so kind to translate. Mainly after school but any extra info would be great. Thankyou Peter

    Mokume tsuba

Dimensions 69mm by 71mm and 6mm. I think this would have been a unusualy heavy tsuba for its size if not sukashi.
