Thanks. Great site for translation. Would you have any info regarding the mon on the end of the tang? The blade is dated January 1943 and I am sure it is not from the Minatogawa shrine. The mon appears to be stamped in. Probably a naval blade. Please correct me if I am wrong. Ken
