HI to everyone, please can you help me identify the period or/and period of this wakizashi recently I find this sword on a sale, it cost me 100 euros and I think that is a good candidate for a new polish but I´m not sure.... the sword have a very interesting hamon ( looks bamboo!!?? ) nagasa : 43,5 cm sori : 1,15 cm thikness in the hamachi 0,65 cm / 2,9 cm - yokote 4,4 cm / 2,2 cm hada : seems oyasugi or masume and the file marks on the nakago is checked (higaki) can anyone help me? thank you all for your help... sencho, I try to take some pictures of the kogatana, but is dificult!!! but it have a similar hamon (almost the same as the kogatana in AOI ART) the "nakago" is similar to but the cutting edge is a litle diferent is more elegant and more carefuly done. regards and thanks Sergio

I am anxious for seeing this last film of Yoji Yamada's 'Bushi No Ichibun' but I have a question on my mind!! in the first movie the "star" it was the wakizashi, in the second it was the kozuka, but in this last movie it would be??????

yes the seller tell me that is a modern piece and tell me that can send me more pictures! he said that is from late edo but the kabuto look more recent, and is in perfect state of conservation!
