  2. Thanks Cabowen. One more question: 兼光 (Kanemitsu)後藤 松蔵 from 関鍛治刀匠 and also 中作 (CHU SAKU)= 上工の列 (Joko no Retsu) = 後藤 兼光 Are they a same person? Cheers Joe
  3. Thanks Gens. So only the smiths in 聖代刀匠位列 made the swords by the traditional Way? Cheers Joe
  4. thanks John, Is there any answers for 聖代刀匠位列 and 関鍛治刀匠? Cheers Joe
  5. Hi Gens: I got a question here, about the 聖代刀匠位列 and 関鍛治刀匠 I can find out some of 関鍛治刀匠 are also in 聖代刀匠位列 but not all of them, why? For example: 兼光 (Kanemitsu)後藤 松蔵 from 関鍛治刀匠 and also 中作 (CHU SAKU)= 上工の列 (Joko no Retsu) = 後藤 兼光( I hope they are a same person) But 広利 (Hirotoshi)小森 広利 is only appear in 関鍛治刀匠 list. So dose it means that some of swordsmiths are not good enough to be listed in 聖代刀匠位列? One more, what does 業物位列 means? Cheers Joe
