Mark Posted May 2, 2018 Report Posted May 2, 2018 i have a tachi that is missing the tsuba. Fortunately i can use a plain nanako tsuba without a mon but it will still be hard to find the right match. Anyone with one for sale or know of one i would be happy to hear of it thanks! mark

Stephen Posted May 2, 2018 Report Posted May 2, 2018 Lovely Set Mark, so nice in fact i think id commision one from Ford San or one of his den, hard to find is going to be a understatement.
Ray Singer Posted May 2, 2018 Report Posted May 2, 2018 I was also looking for one of these at one point but could not find what I needed. Not nanako, but thought I would pass along this link. https://www.aoijapan.com/tsuba-mumeiunsignedfuji-karakusa
Mark Posted May 2, 2018 Author Report Posted May 2, 2018 Ray thanks for the link. This is a long term project so not rush, i would prefer to wait a while and try for the best match. I am thinking i at least have a chance as it is plain without mon but time will tell. Steve - thanks for the thoughts, i may do that but will wait a while and see what happens mark
